Lida Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (Deyang) is located in Deyang Economic and Technological Development Zoon, and it is one of Key enterprises of both Sichuan Province and Deyang City. It was established in 1983 and covers 93,000 m2 of land. The company has 3×14m large gantry type digital-controlled boring and milling machining center and other 960 sets of different large and medium sized imported and domestic made equipment, its sling ability is 250 tons and its sling height is 19.5 meters. The total assets of the company are 620 million yuan RMB, with 1460 employees, among whom 450 are middle and senior engineering technicians and managerial staff members of different categories.
The technological level, the development ability and market share of its four main series products, forging and pressing equipment, metallurgical equipment, machinery basic parts products and chemical products Lida Company take the lead in the country and 6 of the products have obtained national patent, 3 have been rewarded as National New Products. Its products are widely used in industries of metallurgy, mine, machining, power, automobile, chemical industry and environmental protection etc. Lida Company continuously betters its products structure and successfully manufactured 1250t horizontal forging and upsetting machine, Φ1000mm roll forging machine, 3150t free die hydraulic press, 3150t hot die forging press and 4500t hydraulic press. Its basic parts products have already been applied in wind power sector, and the technical quota of casting alkaline phenolic and its relevant casting coatings have already come up to the standard of imported products.
Lida Company has obtained 2000 edition ISO9001 quality certification and Customs clearance certificate of consignor and consignee of imported and exported goods of the Peoples’ Republic of China. In 2008, Lida Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. (Deyang) was granted as Technical Center of Sichuan Province. For many years, the company has been evaluated as “Excellent Enterprise” by the State Electromechanical Ministry, the Ministry of Labour and the Federation of China Machine Industry.
